The new project of Shaoxing 220KV Honghu Substation is being carried out in an orderly and tense manner. The project is in the construction stage of the main steel structure, which will provide sufficient electricity for the development of Shaoxing Binhai Industrial Zone. Unlike the traditional substation construction, the power transmission and transformation project integrates green construction, interconnection of all things and digital twins into the construction process. The whole substation takes steel structure as the main structure, which can reduce 83% of the construction waste compared with the traditional reinforced concrete structure, and the material recovery rate is more than 90%. The project is more low-carbon, intelligent and safe, with good environmental and economic benefits, which will play an exemplary role in green construction in the future.

In the progress of the project, it is inevitable to encounter bottlenecks, especially in the indoor alternate construction, which causes troubles. The equipment that reaches the height can not enter the narrow passage, and the small equipment is limited in height and flexibility. Traditional scaffolding is time-consuming and laborious, unsafe, and can not be used on site.

In view of the above problems, the project manager of our company made a reasonable recommendation. We immediately delivered the multi-functional crawler mast vehicle to other power transmission and distribution companies, lent it to customers for trial, and the equipment arrived as promised before customers used it. As the customer is not skilled in using the new equipment and is affected by the indoor limited space, we invite our technicians to be present for guidance. Because the after-sales service personnel were on business trips in various places at that time, the people of Xinlanling thought what the customers thought and were anxious about what the customers were anxious about. After receiving the news, the chief engineer of R & D and the head of production department rushed to the scene at 8 o'clock that evening to support them.

Customers are very touched by our emergency service. With technology, they have a sense of security and work very smoothly. The construction period on site is tight, and the equipment is temporarily borrowed. They are worried that it will be difficult to complete the work without this equipment. Once the equipment alarms, the customer will not be able to calm down. They still hope to have technology around them. So the chief engineer and production supervisor of our company rushed to the scene again overnight to upgrade and optimize the equipment and escort the customers. The equipment will be returned the next day, the customer rushed to work overnight, accompanied by the technicians, ready to fight at night until dawn, and finally finished work perfectly at 4 am!

In the indoor high-altitude decoration works of this project, the minimum area of the site space is 1.3 meters; one person can solve the problem, and it saves two days compared with the traditional scaffolding construction, which truly reflects the high efficiency and safety. Through the application of this project, the customer gave an evaluation in the most simple and sincere language: "Without it, the work can not be completed", which is a high recognition of us. The multi-functional crawler mast vehicle is one of the main new products developed by Xinlanling in 2022. It is characterized by dexterity and safety, and is designed for narrow space and uneven ground. The working height of the equipment is 10 M, with the main arm telescopic function and the crank arm luffing function; wireless remote control of walking and loading actions; the speed of left and right tracks can be adjusted steplessly; when the load exceeds the approved load, the remote control and unloading control will give an alarm; Green and environmental protection. The frequency conversion power drive system will output power according to the size of the load. After the action stops, the motor will stop immediately to achieve energy saving and emission reduction. Emergency operation is provided. When the main power system does not work, the platform staff can be safely lowered to the ground through the emergency operation system of the whole vehicle.
